Embodia provides a wide range of chart item templates that you can copy or edit. These include body charts, repeated movement charts, pain scales, and many more. Yes, the clinic membership is required to use the practice management features. Even if you are a solo practitioner, independent contractor, or individual you can sign up for the clinic membership and start using Embodia’s practice management system.
Yes, you can choose to make only certain services/appointment types available in online booking. You can also select who can book online (new patients, only existing patients, or no patients). A wide range of reports are included with every Tier 3 Membership on Embodia. This includes: Accounts receivable, Booked appointments, Clients who haven't rebooked, Clinical cases stats, Packages stats, Patient charts stats, Patient properties, Payment methods stats, Revenue, and Utilization rate. Filters are provided with reports so you can view reports for any custom time period, by practitioner, and more. Reports can also be compared across different time periods so it’s easy to visualize progress.
